HUBB Filters will demonstrate to fleet managers how they can make an affordable, social impact by utilizing the company’s sustainable oil filter at the NAFA 2018 Institute & Expo (I&E) on April 23-27 in Anaheim, California.
HUBB CEO Scott Killips says sustainability often comes at a higher cost, but HUBB aims to be both sustainable and cost less. Killips says that HUBB-equipped fleets enjoy increased oil drain intervals and decreased labor costs, while fulfilling their sustainability mission.
“The first positive impact fleet managers will experience with HUBB filters is on the environment. Choosing our solution helps eliminate messy, used oil filters from going into landfills,” said Killips. “The impact goes further because we can help a fleet save thousands on its preventive maintenance spend over a conventional, non-sustainable solution. With a better performing and more sustainable oil filter, fleets save money and keep their vehicles on the road longer.”
HUBB will be located at booth No.368 at NAFA I&E, one of the largest annual gatherings of fleet managers.
Allowing for even easier implementation of the HUBB oil filter on a fleet, the company will launch their new HUBB Swap Filter Exchange Program that allows vehicles to get in and out of the shop faster and easier during preventive maintenance. Technicians remove the soiled inner core and swap it for a clean inner core. The dirty inner core is sent to HUBB for inspection, cleaning and certification. HUBB then sends the clean filters back to the fleet.
“The HUBB Swap Program is simple, fast and affordable with no contribution to landfill waste,” said Killips.
