Honeywell Friction Materials Rebrands Its Drum And Rotor Program Under Bendix Brand Name

This repositioned product line-up offers OE quality and premium performance, the company says.

TROY, Mich. – In an ongoing effort to provide premium products that technicians trust using, Honeywell Friction Materials announced it is rebranding its drum and rotor program.

Previously called Bendix Global, the full line is now covered under the Bendix premium product umbrella to emphasize the high quality and OE-style design customers have come to know, says Sandra Natella, product marketing manager, Honeywell Friction Materials.

“We’re committed to providing our customers with a full line of competitively priced drums and rotors that meet the design specifications of original equipment manufacturer’s for fit, form and function,” said Natella. “We’re also positioned to continuously launch new models with a steadfast focus on being first-to-market.”

Bendix drums and rotors are designed and machined using CAD/CAM to ensure dimensional integrity, providing proper fit and function, and the castings are tested to SAE standards to check for proper strength and hardness, ensuring consistent performance. They come machined, balanced and ready to install, according to Honeywell.
