DETROIT — Automotive industry information portal GlobalAutoIndustry.com recently launched an online auction service for manufacturing companies worldwide looking to liquidate their excess inventory and generate revenue.
 
GlobalAutoIndustry.com has been supporting suppliers in their global efforts for more than 10 years and has now included an online auction service as part of its strategy to better serve manufacturing suppliers with their needs and improve the way they conduct business around the globe today.

PHINIA Inc. reported results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2024.

First Quarter Highlights:

U.S. GAAP net sales of $863 million, an increase of 3.4% compared with Q1 2023.

Excluding $17 million of contract manufacturing sales, sales were up slightly compared to Q1 2023. Favorable pricing and currency were partially offset by lower commercial vehicle sales in Europe.
