Global Auto Parts Manufacturer GMB Expands Product Lineup

The company has added automotive maintenance items to its offerings.

GMB, one of the largest global manufacturers and suppliers of OE and aftermarket automotive products, has added GMB-branded motor oil, oil filters, automatic transmission fluid, and automotive batteries to its catalog. According to GMB these new products are designed and formulated to maintain newer import and domestic vehicles effectively.

“Through market analysis and ongoing conversations with our business partners, GMB understood the need for OE-level maintenance parts and products to complement ongoing vehicle innovation,” said Edward Gullans, senior product manager at GMB. “For instance, our research and design team created GMB batteries that specifically meet the demands of the new stop-start engines.”

GMB has added the following products to cover a variety of popular applications:

GMB Lubricants: The formulations are fully synthetic, offered in multiple weights and viscosities, and meet or exceed API S, ILSAC GF-06A, and OE requirements, GMB says. These premium GMB lubricant products are designed for today’s most advanced engines, protecting vital powertrain parts in daily and extreme driving conditions.

GMB Automotive Batteries: These are designed and built for severe start-stop duty. All newly introduced batteries are an absorbed glass mat (AGM) design, which delivers up to four times the lifespan of lead-acid batteries. GMB batteries are produced in OE facilities focusing on renewable energy sources and intelligent recycling practices.

GMB Oil Filters: GMB Oil Filters are designed to OEM standards and ISO 4548-12 testing procedures. Manufactured with cellulose paper and OE-certified canisters and baseplates, GMB Oil Filters deliver 98% filtration performance and are leak-proof for optimal engine performance and longer service life.

“As we increase our parts and products catalog, we are making sure that finding a part at GMB.net is easy,” Gullans says. “Our online catalog allows you to search by year-make-model-engine, part number, or product category.”
