FARMINGTON HILLS, Mich. FRAS-LE has increased its line of brake pads for the North American automotive aftermarket by 32 percent. Adding 300 FMSI references and an additional 346 part numbers to its catalog allows FRAS-LE to provide almost full-line coverage to all channels of the aftermarket. FRAS-LE, which launched its brake pad line to the automotive aftermarket in the summer of 2009, has nearly doubled its portfolio one year later.
“We are aggressively seeking to gain market share,” said Zomar Oliveira, director of operations for FRAS-LE North America Inc. “We will continue to predict market demands as we strive to position the company in North America as it already is in other global markets — a world-class manufacturer of premium friction materials.”
Oliveira also pointed out that the company’s electronic catalog launched this week and can be found at www.fras-le.com/nabrakes.
FRAS-LE brake pads are available in premium Ceramic, Semi-Met materials and NAO materials, providing disc brake coverage for a full range of light and medium-duty vehicles. The line is comprised of a “good, better, best and fleet” structure, exemplified through its Street Master, Magnum Pro, Ceramaxx and Extreme Service brands.
