FRAM Filtration Honored For Exceptional Shipping Performance By General Motors Customer Care Aftermarket (GMCCA)

The award recognizes key suppliers who demonstrate outstanding shipping and customer service.

LAKE FOREST, Ill. – FRAM Filtration, a leading U.S. oil filter brand, recently received General Motors Customer Care and Aftersales’ On-Time Shipping Performance Award. The award recognizes key suppliers who demonstrate outstanding shipping and customer service.

“On-time shipping performance is essential to staying competitive in today’s aftermarket industry,” said John Casanova, vice president of sales and marketing for FRAM Filtration. “Our success is largely contingent upon constant communication with our customers, which helps ensure that we are always exceeding their needs and expectations.”

Each year, FRAM facilities across the country ship more than 1,500 product SKUs to thousands of vendor locations. In addition, all raw and work-in-process materials are scheduled against hold-for-release programs with vendors, which helps decrease manufacturing lead time, the company says.
