LAS VEGAS — Five automotive supplier industry leaders joined the board of directors of the Motor & Equipment Manufacturers Association (MEMA) at the board’s meeting, which took place on Oct. 31 in Las Vegas.
Serving four year terms are:
* Richard Adams, vice president – automotive – global business development, The Timken Company, Canton, Ohio
* Charley Johnson, president and CEO of TransPro Inc., New Haven, Conn.
* Daniel “Dan” Richardson, CEO of Shure Manufacturing, Washington, Mo.
* Robert Strazzella, chairman and group vice president of North America, Valeo Inc., Auburn Hills, Mich.
* Edward “Ed” Zimmer, president and CEO of ECCO Inc., Boise, Idaho
MEMA officers are:
* Chairman – Alan Dawes, vice chairman and CFO of Delphi Corp., Troy, Mich.
* First vice chairman – Michael Cardone Jr., president and CEO of CARDONE Industries, Philadelphia, Pa.
* Secretary/treasurer – Eugene Ezzell, chairman, president and CEO, Crane Technologies Group, Daytona Beach, Fla.
* Past chairman – Scott Meyer, retired president and COO of Ken-Tool, Akron, Ohio
