From Feb. 23 through May 31, 2011, consumers can receive a rebate of up to $50 per brake job when they choose Wagner ThermoQuiet products. In addition to the new ThermoQuiet promotion, Federal-Mogul said it will announce an array of Smart Choice consumer rebates throughout 2011.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. — Federal-Mogul has announced it will kick off the second year of its successful Smart Choice trade and consumer incentive campaign with a mail-in rebate offer on market-leading Wagner ThermoQuiet brake pads and shoes.

From Feb. 23 through May 31, 2011, consumers can receive a rebate of up to $50 per brake job when they choose Wagner ThermoQuiet products.

Federal-Mogul says its Smart Choice campaign reinforces the message that longer-lasting, better-performing premium replacement parts are today’s best option for repair professionals and their customers. As a leading global original equipment and aftermarket manufacturer, Federal-Mogul said it created the program as a platform for delivering industry leading, branded parts combined with powerful incentives that help drive sales and consumer satisfaction.

In addition to the new ThermoQuiet promotion, Federal-Mogul said it will announce an array of Smart Choice consumer rebates throughout 2011.

“The Smart Choice campaign has been very successful and allows automotive repair facilities and parts stores to help consumers save money on premium-quality products,” said Michael Proud, director of marketing, North America, Federal-Mogul. “We’re pleased to launch our 2011 campaign with the Wagner ThermoQuiet consumer rebate, which was one of last year’s most popular offers.”

The Wagner ThermoQuiet promotion will offer up to $50 per brake job ($15 per front and/or rear set plus $10 labor per axle) through mail-in rebate when consumers have ThermoQuiet products professionally installed on their vehicles during the program period. Consumers who purchase and install ThermoQuiet brakes themselves can qualify for up to $30 through mail-in rebate.

Consumers can log on to www.fmsmartchoice.com to register their qualifying rebate and mail in the required documentation to receive their rebate check.
