Federal-Mogul Introduces Wagner ThermoQuiet Ceramic Brake Pads for Popular Late-Model Foreign Nameplate Models

Front ceramic pad sets now available for 2012 Honda Civic and Fiat 500 and 2011 Subaru Impreza.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich. – Federal-Mogul says it has again expanded its Wagner ThermoQuiet Ceramic line of replacement brake pads, with three new front pad sets now available for 2012 Honda Civic and Fiat 500 models and the 2011 Subaru Impreza. Federal-Mogul’s Wagner Brake team introduces new late-model coverage each month to help automotive service businesses address the brake repair needs of today’s most popular foreign nameplate and domestic vehicles, according to the company.

Available through leading parts providers throughout North America, Wagner ThermoQuiet brake pads feature proprietary, application-specific formulations developed within Federal-Mogul’s global friction technology network. Each pad also includes the company’s award-winning Integrally Molded Insulator (IMI) one-piece design and unique Wagner EDGE Laser-Shaped Friction technology, which the company says help ensure superior stopping performance and quieter operation on a full range of foreign nameplate and domestic models.

“Wagner ThermoQuiet premium brake pads help restore braking system performance while providing superior stopping power and less dust,” said Wagner Brake Product Manager Walt Keating. “Expanding our late-model application coverage helps ensure that shops have the right pads to service their customers’ vehicles.”
