The two new models are available for premium European, Japanese and late-model American, automotive/LTV applications.

READING, Pa. – EnerSys recently expanded its ODYSSEY Battery product line to include the ODYSSEY PC1220 and PC1350 batteries, available for premium European, Japanese and late-model American, automotive/LTV applications. The ODYSSEY PC1220 is comparable to BCI sizes 48 and 94R (European DIN L3), and the ODYSSEY PC1350 is comparable to BCI sizes 49 and 95R (European DIN L5).

While both batteries may require vehicle battery restraint modifications for installation, each battery features mounting flexibility and can be installed in virtually any position except inverted. Additionally, the ODYSSEY PC1220 and PC1350 batteries are designed to protect against high-impact shock and mechanical vibration for increased vibration resistance. They also provide an increased service life of three to 10 years.
