RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC — The second course in the University of the Aftermarket’s Automotive Aftermarket program in Supply Chain Management – developed in conjunction with the Automotive Aftermarket Suppliers Association (AASA) is set for Wednesday, Dec. 1, and Thursday, Dec. 2. The seminar agenda for “How to Redesign Supply Chains” includes:

* Measuring and Recognizing Supply Chain (SC) Performance

* Defining key result areas of SC performance

* Identifying the metrics with a glossary of terms for SC trading members

* Examining how to use defined metrics in establishing reporting processes

* Learning how to defend and use metrics to get needed resources and support for SC initiatives

* Learning improved methods for analysis and reporting

* Demanding planning and sales forecasting for supply chain management
