DieselCore Acquires Texas Core Supply

The two diesel core suppliers have been servicing the remanufacturing sector for a combined 35-plus years.

DieselCore announces the acquisition of Texas Core Supply was officially finalized in Q1 2022. The two diesel core suppliers have been servicing the remanufacturing sector for a combined 35-plus years, the company says.

Facilities for the two organizations will remain in place, with DieselCore anchored in Katy, Texas, a west Houston suburb, and Texas Core Supply rooted in the East Texas town of Gladewater, DieselCore adds.

“DieselCore is pleased to welcome Texas Core Supply to our family,” said Justin Greenberg, CEO and Founder of DieselCore. “Our mission, vision, and core values are so similar, that the alignment of our two organizations just makes sense. We speak a common language and serve a mutual group of suppliers and customers. Ultimately, we are stronger together than as two independent companies.”

“We are beyond excited to be a part of the DieselCore team,” adds Jimmy McNew, sales manager at Texas Core Supply. “Texas Core has been in business for over 23 years and our focus will remain the same: to deliver high quality core to our customers across the United States.”

Cody Hogg, general manager of Texas Core Supply, agrees: “Now that we’re aligned with DieselCore, we’ll be able to better support our client base with an expanded inventory and additional resources.”
