DENSO Named Pronto OE Supplier of the Year

The National Pronto Association has awarded DENSO Sales California (DSCA) its Original Equipment (OE) Supplier of the Year award.

LONG BEACH, Calif. – The National Pronto Association has awarded DENSO Sales California (DSCA) its Original Equipment (OE) Supplier of the Year award. The award was presented to Frank Cisek, senior manager, automotive aftermarket sales during Pronto’s fall membership meeting earlier this month. Pronto also awarded DENSO the OE Supplier of the Year Award in 2006.

“We are pleased to receive this prestigious award from The National Pronto Association for the second time in three years,” said Fran Labun, vice president sales group. “Our goal at DENSO is to become trusted partners with our customers and we feel this award reflects that."

The National Pronto Association, an organization of independent automotive aftermarket warehouse distributors, auto parts stores and auto service centers, has members throughout the United States, Mexico and Canada. Pronto members were asked to rate each vendor in the OE vendor category on the following five criteria: product quality, profitability, prompt delivery, service and support.

DENSO supplies Pronto with oxygen sensors, spark plugs, starter/alternators, spark plug wires, fuel pumps, wiper blades, receiver dryers and oil and air filters.
