LONG BEACH, Calif. – DENSO Sales California has announced plans to expand coverage of eight of its aftermarket product lines. The announcement was made by Fran Labun, vice president, sales group, during a press conference at AAPEX last week in Las Vegas.
 
DENSO announced it will be expanding its domestic and import model coverage in the following product lines: oxygen sensors, A/C compressors, radiators, condensers, fuel pumps, alternators, starters and coil on plug. The product expansion is a result of increased demand for its products in the Americas.
 
DENSO also announced it will be combining two companies to form an aftermarket headquarters for the Americas called DENSO Parts and Services Americas Inc., located in Long Beach, Calif. The company says this combined entity will support the increased demand more effectively.
 
“We have experienced tremendous growth in our aftermarket product sales in the past three years,” said Labun, “This expansion of our product line coverage, especially domestic model coverage, is the next step to achieve our goal of more than 10 percent growth each year by 2015.”
