Delphi Announces Listing on the Pink Sheets and New Ticker Symbol

Delphi Corporation announced its common stock will be traded under the symbol DPHIQ on the Pink Sheets.

TROY, MI — Delphi Corporation announced its common stock will be traded under the symbol DPHIQ on the Pink Sheets.

In light of Delphi’s voluntary filing for relief under chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code announced on Oct. 8, Delphi has determined it will not request a hearing to appeal the New York Stock Exchange’s (NYSE) determination to suspend its securities including its 6 1/2 percent Notes due May 1, 2009, its 7 1/8 percent debentures due May 1, 2029 and the 8.25 percent Cumulative Trust Preferred Securities of Delphi Trust I, from being traded on the NYSE.

Delphi preferred shares are also trading on the Pink Sheets under the symbol DPHAQ.
