CRC Industries Launches Redesigned Website

CRC selected GPM Web Solutions for the site redesign project based on the web developer's expertise in search engine optimization and the company's ability to build user-friendly content management systems.

WARMINSTER, Pa. – CRC Industries, Inc. recently announced major upgrades to its website in both design and functionality. The company notified its automotive customers and sales representatives of the site improvements last week at AAPEX in Las Vegas.

CRC Marketing Manager Dori Ahart commented, "Our primary goals in overhauling the website were to make it easy to navigate, graphically demonstrate the breadth of CRC’s multiple product lines and also integrate our news feed, social media and motorsports program. We’ve also incorporated digital catalogs so that our sales literature – available in both English and Spanish – can be quickly and conveniently viewed and searched online without downloading.

"Social media is a big part of our marketing strategy going forward," added Ahart. "The people who use our products are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do and how they do it. We want to interact with them and share in their successes and challenges. Our Facebook fans will be among the first to hear product news and tips, and we’ll also offer the expertise of our technical staff to help answer any questions regarding automotive and other maintenance projects."

According to Ahart, "GPM Web Solutions has the custom capabilities to be flexible and manage special requests. They were able to build a website tailored to our specific needs. GPM is a young company with great enthusiasm, and we couldn’t be happier with the outcome of our project."

CRC says it plans to further enhance the site by incorporating a technicians’ blog, more product demonstration videos, articles and tips on using CRC products.

"We know that the website improvements are just one step in the ongoing challenge of attracting and holding the interest of both current and new customers and users," said Ahart. "We will continually strive to provide relevant content through our website and social media to keep CRC at top of mind."
