LAS VEGAS — Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket is providing a scholarship to Northwood University for its leadership program. The scholarship award, originally established by the company in 2004, makes it possible for a female Northwood University female to participate in the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association’s (AAIA) annual legislative summit.
The award was presented to Kathleen Schmatz, president and CEO of AAIA, during the 2010 AAPEX Show by David Mestdagh, director, North American Aftermarket Operations, Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket, Interior Division, Continental and AnnaMaria Blose, marketing communications manager, Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket.
“We are delighted to be part of such a worthy cause and continue to maintain the scholarship program at Northwood. The University of the Aftermarket is a very valuable asset in our industry, even more so to the young women who want to become an integral part of the automotive business,” AnnaMaria Blose noted.
