Michael Broderick was elected to the position of chief executive officer (CEO), Federal-Mogul Aftermarket Division, on June 25, after the Federal-Mogul Board of Directors announced its decision to modify the company’s corporate structure to create a separate and independent aftermarket division. He was most recently president of CARQUEST U.S., a leading automotive aftermarket distributor. Prior to joining CARQUEST, Broderick held senior executive sales and operations positions during his 16-year tenure at AutoZone.
