PHILADELPHIA — CARDONE Industries is celebrating its 35th anniversary. The company, which offers remanufactured and new parts including a full line of brakes, drivetrain, electronics, motors, pumps and steering, first opened its doors in February 1970.

CARDONE Industries was the first remanufacturer in the U.S. to earn ISO/TS16949 certification. It was also one of the first remanufacturers to achieve ISO 9002 and QS-9000 quality certifications (precursors to ISO/TS16949) and ISO 14001 certification, an environmental management certification.

According to Michael Cardone, Jr., the company continues to set new industry standards in quality parts, service, order fill, product coverage and technology.

“Our success and longevity is due to our passion for excellence, innovation, and improvement,” he said. “We’ve had a great past, but an even better future is ahead. In my father’s words, ‘We have only just begun!’”
