Car Care Council Offers ‘Be Car Care Aware’ Merchandise

The Car Care Council is now offering a line of “Be Car Care Aware” branded merchandise for purchase from the Council’s Web site at www.carcare.org. Visitors to the “industry” section of the site will find a virtual store containing items such long sleeve denim shirts, short sleeve “polo” shirts, t-shirts, and caps, as well as premium items such as calculators, key chains, travel mugs, balloons, pens, calendars and memo pads.

BETHESDA, MD — The Car Care Council is now offering a line of “Be Car Care Aware” branded merchandise for purchase from the Council’s Web site at www.carcare.org.

Visitors to the “industry” section of the site will find a virtual store containing items such long sleeve denim shirts, short sleeve “polo” shirts, t-shirts, and caps, as well as premium items such as calculators, key chains, travel mugs, balloons, pens, calendars and memo pads.

“We’re offering this new merchandise as an alternative way for businesses to show their support for the campaign, not only during vehicle inspection events in April, but year round,” said Rich White, executive director of the Car Care Council.

In addition to the new merchandise, the Web site features content specific to the industry, including information on the “Be Car Care Aware” campaign, the point-of-sale starter kit, logo downloads, brochures, newsletters and on-hold messages. It also contains useful information about National Car Care Month in April, as well as a free Vehicle Check Up event planning guide.

To help motorists and the media, the Web site features a wealth of practical content in an easy-to-use format, including informative car care articles, a shop/store locator, a road trip preparation guide, a free service interval schedule, survey questions, brochures and helpful statistics and information.
