BBB Industries Acquires Assets Of King Kalipers Inc.

The transaction transfers all of King Kalipers' production and operation assets, intellectual property, inventory and brands to BBB Industries.

BBB - LogoBBB Industries LLC has acquired substantially all of the assets of King Kalipers Inc. of Peabody, Massachusetts. The transaction transfers all of King Kalipers’ production and operation assets, intellectual property, inventory and brands to BBB Industries.

“We are pleased to announce the acquisition of King Kalipers as we continue to pursue growth and market leadership in the remanufactured brake caliper category to benefit our customers,” said Tim Roth, senior vice president of BBB Industries, at the conclusion of the transaction.

Founded in 1976 and headquartered in Peabody, King Kalipers is a leading remanufacturer of automotive brake calipers for the aftermarket, with a primary presence in the Northeast United States. The company has a longstanding reputation for product quality and customer service excellence in the brake caliper segment.

BBB Industries LLC was advised by XMS Capital Partners LLC while Lewis Rice acted as legal counsel.

ZF Cleans up Metro Park

This past weekend, MEMA Aftermarket Suppliers' Cheryl Dry and Brenna McCann joined ZF Group to help clean up Stony Creek Metro Park in Shelby Township, Mich.

The effort was in line with ZF's dedication to sustainability, zero-waste, and circularity—which includes remanufacturing to reduce resource use and enable a second life for many products, the company said.
