IATF 16949 is the new standard for an Automotive Quality Management system from the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and replaces the prior ISO/TS 16949 standard.

BBB Industries, a leading remanufacturer of automotive aftermarket parts, announced that the Management System for its steering plant has achieved IATF 16949 certification, the highest international quality standard for the automotive industry.

IATF 16949 is the new standard for an Automotive Quality Management system from the International Automotive Task Force (IATF) and replaces the prior ISO/TS 16949 standard. “IATF 16949 certification is a major milestone for our steering plant and BBB,” said Jeff Bigler, chief operating officer for BBB Industries. “It demonstrates our commitment to producing high-quality products for our customers.”
