HOLLY, Mich. — AutoZone Mexico has named Bar’s Products its 2010 Vendor of the Year. This is the second consecutive year Bar’s has won this prestigious award, and the first time in AutoZone Mexico’s history that a vendor has earned the award two years in a row. Mario Nardone, AutoZone Mexico merchandising and marketing vice president, presented the award at the organization’s 2011 Annual Vendor Summit. Nardone described how Bar’s Products stands out as a vendor.

“Bar’s Products consistently demonstrates their desire and commitment to tailoring their business to our market by studying the competition and unique consumer preferences, thus allowing them to introduce innovative products that meet the particular needs and wants of the Mexican consumer,” Nardone said.

Nardone also praised Bar’s Products’ involvement in AutoZone’s marketing activities, including end caps, fliers and window signs. “And as the icing on the cake,” he said, “Bar’s Products has maintained an exceptional fill rate of nearly 100 percent.”
