ArvinMeritor Names Terry Livingston GM, North America for Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket

TROY, Mich. — ArvinMeritor has named Terry Livingston as general manager – North America for its Commercial Vehicle Aftermarket (CVA) business, based in Florence, Ky. In this role, Livingston is responsible for developing growth strategies for the business, establishing the strategic direction of CVA in North America and overseeing the implementation of targeted sales and marketing plans.

 

“Terry brings a unique skill set to his new role as general manager for North America,” said Joe Mejaly, vice president and general manager, CVA. “He has spent eight years in the commercial aftermarket business leveraging his finance background to develop creative strategies and customer solutions to grow our business.”

 

Previously, Livingston held positions of increasing responsibility within ArvinMeritor’s Finance group and has been integral to the overall growth of the CVA business during his time with the company. Most recently, Terry served as worldwide director, Finance, CVA.

 

Before joining ArvinMeritor, Livingston spent more than 10 years with companies including Schneider Electric, as controller, and Arthur Andersen, as a senior accountant.

 

He holds a bachelor of arts in leadership studies from Kentucky State University in Frankfort, Ky., and a master of business administration from the University of Kentucky in Lexington, Ky.
