Arnott Releases New Rear Air Springs for the Mercedes-Benz E-Class & CLS-Class

New design eliminates the OE air reservoir making installation faster and easier, according to Arnott.

MERRITT ISLAND, Fla. – Arnott Inc. has introduced new replacement rear air springs for the 2002-2009 Mercedes-Benz E-Class. These new air spring assemblies have been redesigned by Arnott in such a way that the OE air reservoir is not required. This, Arnott says, will help reduce both the time and complexity of replacing the luxury vehicle’s rear air springs.

The new air springs feature four-ply Continental Contitech bladders, CNC machined crimping rings and a custom-designed tapered air spring bottom, engineered to provide a comfortable ride. The new design for the E and CLS 55 & E and CLS 63 AMG replacement Air Spring gives the vehicle a firmer suspension, according to Arnott.

The Arnott Air Spring Assembly Kit, which is made in America, includes two rear air springs, new airline fittings, new upper retaining pins along with a detailed instruction manual.
