Arnott Introduces New Advanced Front Air Springs With Patented Upper Cap and Bearing Design For 2000-‘06 BMW X5 (E53 Chassis)

Arnott says its new front air springs feature a unique precision CNC-machined upper cap and bearing assembly crafted from aircraft quality 6061-T6 aluminum. The new aftermarket BMW X5 air spring assembly also includes Arnott's patented (U.S. Patent No. 8,292,306) upper mount and bearing design with a certified weight capacity of more than 100,000 pounds.

ArnottBMWAirSpringArnott Air Suspension Products has announced the introduction of completely new advanced front right and front left air springs for the 2000-‘06 BMW X5 (E53 Chassis) with four-corner leveling. Arnott’s exclusive design permits the economical replacement of what is often just the dry-rotted air spring portion of the OE BMW front air suspension strut. Arnott’s air springs replace OEM part numbers: 37116757502, 3116761444 (right) and 37116757501, 37116761443 (left).

Arnott says its new front air springs feature a unique precision CNC-machined upper cap and bearing assembly crafted from aircraft quality 6061-T6 aluminum. The new aftermarket BMW X5 air spring assembly also includes Arnott’s patented (U.S. Patent No. 8,292,306) upper mount and bearing design with a certified weight capacity of more than 100,000 pounds.

Arnott part numbers are A-2861 (Front Right) and A-2862 (Front Left), and they retail for $361.43 each. The air springs are backed by Arnott’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. Detailed installation manuals are available for download.
