AP Reports Progress in Maine Right to Repair Referendum

AP reports that the “Automotive Right to Repair” proposal in Maine received 7,000 more signatures than needed.

According to a new report from the Associated Press (AP) a referendum campaign in Maine similar to the 2020 Massachusetts Right to Repair law has cleared a major hurdle.

AP reports that the “Automotive Right to Repair” proposal in Maine received 7,000 more signatures than needed. The proposal now moves to the state legislature for consideration.
