American Force Buys 360 Forged

American Force Expands Offerings, Acquires 360 Forged

360 Forged will be re-branded American Force Muscle and will serve as the platform from which to launch the company’s new muscle car wheels.

AFM - LogoAmerican Force, parent company of the American Force Wheels brand, is expanding its product offerings to include forged monostock and three-piece wheels for muscle cars. As part of the company’s acquisition and growth strategy American Force recently acquired 360 Forged, a Miami-based manufacturer of forged wheels. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed.

“The company’s current product lineup, their business model and commitment to manufacturing superior forged wheels for muscle cars, both domestic and foreign, including late and early models, line up with our company’s business objectives and philosophy,” said Ray Shadravan, American Force owner and president. Shadravan continued,  “It was the natural evolution of our company and brand to expand and answer the wishes of our customers who have been requesting we make wheels for cars. We chose muscle because it is also a natural step, after catering to the American truck market for the past decade. Our goal is to stay true to our American heritage.”

360 Forged will be re-branded American Force Muscle and will serve as the platform from which the company will launch its new muscle car wheels.

When Nick Chin, director of marketing for American Force was asked how adding forged wheels for muscle cars will effect the company’s culture, which is significant and has culminated in the addition of more than a quarter-million fans and followers on the company’s social media sites, he stated, “By adding the new brand, the new products to our lineup, we fully expect our customer base and our number of friends and followers online to grow exponentially. We will carry over the same commitment to quality and the same ‘the voice of one, the work of many’ philosophy that we currently incorporate into production of our wheels for trucks, duallies, Jeeps, SUVs and UTVs. Our business was built around talking with and getting to know our customers. It’s about establishing genuine relationships, not just about the numbers, and I think that is what has truly set us apart and allowed for and helped create the American Force culture.”
