Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists and Ride-On Form Strategic Alliance

AWRS and Inovex Industries join forces for distribution of Ride-On Tire Protection System line of tire sealants.

STERLING, Va. and NORCROSS, Ga. — Mobile wheel repair company Alloy Wheel Repair Specialists, Inc. (AWRS) and Inovex Industries Inc, manufacturer of the high-speed tire sealant, Ride-On Tire Protection System, have announced a strategic alliance, giving AWRS the exclusive rights to introduce Ride-On into the automotive dealership marketplace. The company will also distribute to the retail tire, quick lube and mass merchandiser market segments.

“The automotive retail market place represents an enormous opportunity for sales growth,” said Mark Farkhan, CEO of Inovex, “and due to the vast nature of this marketplace and the resources required to penetrate it, we decided that it was in the best interest of our company to form a strategic alliance with another company that already has sales, marketing and distribution channels established. We are extremely excited that we were able to form a partnership with a company as committed to providing quality service and cutting edge technology as AWRS to help expand Ride-On’s reach into this $2.4-billion market segment.”

Added Tom Morris, president and CEO of AWRS, “AWRS is very excited to enter into this joint venture with Inovex. With the addition of Ride-On to our product line, AWRS continues to expand its brand to include exciting products and services that enhance the maintenance and safety of tires and wheels.”

Farkhan added that the partnership will allow Inovex to focus its resources on other target markets while generating a revenue stream and reducing operating and manufacturing costs through the economies of scale achieved with higher production volumes.

“It’s an alliance that simply makes sense,” he said.
