DETROIT — The Automotive Industry Action Group (AIAG) will host its 17th annual Auto-Tech conference and expo for automotive executives and managers from OEMs and suppliers who wish to streamline business processes and manage globalization. The event takes place Aug. 31- Sept. 2 at the Cobo Conference Center in Detroit, Mich.
Speakers will include: GM Chairman and CEO Rick Wagoner; Ford President Nick Scheele; Chrysler Group CEO and President Dieter Zetsche; Ford COO and Chairman Global Operations Jim Padilla; Chrysler Executive Vice President Global Procurement and Supply Tom Sidlik; Ford Vice President Global Purchasing Tony Brown; and GM Vice President Worldwide Purchasing, Production Control and Logistics Bo Andersson.
The event is expected to attract more than 4,000 automotive and technology executives.
