BETHESDA, Md. In response to positive attendee feedback, the Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association (AAIA) Town Hall at AAPEX in Las Vegas will again feature an all-industry channel panel program format.
This year, four top aftermarket industry leaders will share their insights and outlook on jobs creation, the economy, American competition, consumer trends and other issues. Hosted by AAIA and sponsored by NASCAR Performance, the Town Hall will be held Wednesday, Nov. 3 at 7 a.m. in the Venetian Ballroom in the Venetian Hotel.
“Think Big, Deliver Big: How the Aftermarket Will Drive the Economy, Jobs and Profitability,” is the theme for this year’s AAIA Town Hall.
Kathleen Schmatz, AAIA president and CEO, will once again moderate the Town Hall panel, which will include:

Eli Futerman, Co-President & CEO, Hahn Automotive Warehouse, Inc.
Larry Magee, Chairman, CEO & President, Bridgestone Retail Operations
Jeff Brekke, Global Automotive Aftermarket President, Gates Corporation
“Our distinguished panel representing manufacturing, distribution, retail and service and repair will discuss how their respective segment of the channel views today’s marketplace challenges and opportunities and what is at stake for our industry in driving the economic recovery,” said Schmatz.
Tickets for the 2010 AAIA Town Hall include a full buffet breakfast. Individual tickets are $90 for AAIA members and $105 for non-members and a table of 10 is $750 for AAIA members and $900 for non-members.
