HOLLY, Mich. – Bar’s Products has announced it was named a recipient of AutoZone Mexico’s Extra Miler award. Bar’s Products does business in Mexico under the Rislone brand.
The Extra Miler award recognizes suppliers who have “demonstrated above and beyond efforts” for AutoZone Mexico and its customers.
Bar’s Products/Rislone has a history of providing exemplary service to AutoZone Mexico. In 2011, the company made AutoZone Mexico history by being the only supplier to be named Vendor of the Year two years in a row.
“Extra Miler suppliers like Bar’s Products/Rislone set the standards that other vendors aspire to in terms of innovative thinking, category management, merchandise quality and commitment to working with AutoZone Mexico to grow our business together,” said Andy Brito, AutoZone Mexico director of merchandising. “Bar’s Products/Rislone is clearly one of our top supplier partners.”
Bar’s Products sells a full line of Rislone brand premium automotive chemicals through AutoZone Mexico, including cooling system stop leaks and cleaners; head gasket and engine block repairs; repairs for the engine, transmission and steering systems; fuel injector cleaners; oil and engine treatments; ring seal and compression repairs; and system performance enhancers.
The award was accepted by Clay Parks, Bar’s Products vice president of strategic development; Jim Moffitt, Bar’s Products vice president of sales and marketing; and Danny Camacho Sr. and Danny Camacho III of RFI, which represents Rislone in Mexico.
