GRAND BLANC, Mich. – ACDelco has announced part number expansions for its ACDelco Professional Battery line, as well as the ACDelco 60 series and AGM batteries.

The ACDelco Professional Battery lineup grows with the addition of two new part numbers. The newly released battery part numbers cover Dodge and Freightliner Sprinter fleet vans as well as select Audi, BMW, Jaguar, Mercedes and Volvo models from 1997-2011

ACDelco Professional Battery part number 49-6YR covers vehicles that take group 49 batteries, while part number 93-6YR covers many late model BMW, Jaguar and Volvo models.

ACDelco has released four new 60 Series Battery part numbers covering more than 1,400 vehicle models and representing nearly every automotive brand in the industry – some dating to the 1960s, according to the company.

The new ACDelco 60 Series Battery part numbers are: ACD27-60, ACD27R-60, ACD48-60 and ACD90-60. These new part numbers are available for order only through the ACDelco Seatainer program and require the new Seatainer order form (old order forms will not be processed). Orders must consist of at least 10 pallets, and may include up to two mixed pallets of select part numbers.

The batteries will be available from the Battery Distribution Center this month.

In addition, ACDelco has released seven new Absorbed Glass Mat (AGM) battery part numbers. Part numbers 48AGM, 49AGM and 94RAGM cover select Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Jaguar, Lexus, Lotus, Mercedes, Land Rover, Porsche, Saab, VW, Volvo, Dodge, Jeep, Pontiac and Rolls Royce models.

These batteries offer a 36-month free replacement-only warranty period, with no pro-ration of the battery warranty.

New Group 31 part numbers are 31AGMCRT, 31AGMCRAT, 31AGMDCT and 31AGMDCAT. ACDelco Group 31 AGM batteries provide excellent coverage for over-the-road trucks that operate in No Idle Zone areas across the country, the company says.
