Continental Tire Features Renowned TV Show Builders West Coast Customs in New Commercial

Ryan Friedlinghaus, owner of WCC, says "We wrap everything in Continental tires."

FORT MILL, S.C. — From the maker of some of the world’s finest ultra high-performance tires comes a new commercial featuring Ryan Friedlinghaus, owner of the premier high-end modification shop, West Coast Customs. Continental Tire and West Coast Customs teamed up for the commercial and plan to release the 30-second spot in October during the airing of West Coast Customs’ TV show, Inside West Coast Customs, on Discovery’s HD Theater Thursday at 9 p.m. ET.

Continental Tire has been the "Official Tire" of West Coast Customs since 2007.

"Here at West Coast Customs, we build a lot of rides," said Friedlinghaus in the commercial while the camera pans to some of the shop’s most extreme rides. "But no matter what the style, we wrap everything in Continental tires."

Friedlinghaus and his shop have done exclusive custom builds for the MTV show "Pimp My Ride," TLC’s "Street Customs" and "Street Customs Berlin," and are now on Discovery’s HD Theater show, "Inside West Coast Customs." Friedlinghaus and his crew are world-renowned for their extreme vehicles, outrageous features and unique designs.

The spots were produced by Mad Media of Oceanside, Calif., and were filmed at the West Coast Customs facility located in Corona, Calif. Watch the full spot on Continental Tire’s YouTube page.
