This launch is the first phase of Exide's revamped presence on the web.

MILTON, Ga. — Exide Technologies has announced the launch of its new website – www.exide.com.

According to Exide, the site has been enhanced to provide a sleeker, more modern look while providing improved ease of navigation for users looking for pertinent information about Exide Technologies and its products.

The new site is initially being launched in 14 countries, with additional countries and translations being added over the next three months. Among the improvements made to the site, Exide notes that site visitors can now quickly identify the specific product, service or area of interest with minimal clicks. In addition, the new site showcases areas such as "Sustainability" and "Innovation," which are core to Exide’s business.

"I am thrilled about the launch of the new website," said Jim Bolch, Exide’s president and CEO. "I believe it truly captures who we are as a company now and who we plan to be going forward — innovative, professional, customer-focused and providing the broadest product selection in the energy storage industry."

This launch is the first phase of Exide’s revamped presence on the web. Over the next three to six months, the company said it plans to expand and strengthen its presence in social media and add increased functionality to the site as well as new content and features aimed at meeting the various needs of visitors to the site.
