JDI Completes Asset Purchase of Dynamic Merchandising

Dynamic is a national supplier of automotive fasteners, hardware, and parts. Mike Davidson, owner of Dynamic, will join JDI as the new national sales manager for the Dynamic business.

BARBERTON, Ohio – In an ongoing effort to further diversify its product offerings in the automotive aftermarket, JohnDow Industries (JDI) recently completed the asset purchase of Dynamic Merchandising Inc. of Madison Heights, Mich.

Dynamic is a national supplier of automotive fasteners, hardware, and parts. Mike Davidson, owner of Dynamic, will join JDI as the new national sales manager for the Dynamic business.

Dynamic Merchandising will now be known as “Dynamic Automotive Fasteners & Supplies,” a new division of JohnDow Industries. Very soon the Dynamic operations will be relocated to the 110,000 square foot JDI production and distribution facility in Barberton, Ohio.

Categories available through Dynamic include: brake and fuel lines, TPMS components, body shop hardware, wheel studs and nuts, drain plugs and gaskets and electrical parts.

Mark Pfleeger, vice president of sales, commented, “The addition of Dynamic and its product categories extends our product offerings even further and it will be a valuable member of the JohnDow Industries family.”
