The Platinum Award, NCMA's highest level of recognition, was presented to Continental's Mark Berner and Carolyn Duff by WHI Solutions, a key industry partner in delivering electronic data to many NAFTA aftermarket customers. The National Catalog Managers Association (NCMA) has presented the Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket (CV AM) catalog department team with the NCMA President’s Platinum Award for Electronic Data Excellence and outstanding achievement in the area of catalog delivery for 2008-2009.

The Platinum Award, NCMA’s highest level of recognition, was presented to Continental’s Mark Berner and Carolyn Duff by WHI Solutions, a key industry partner in delivering electronic data to many NAFTA aftermarket customers. From the thousands of files WHI Solutions receives annually, Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket was recognized as delivering the best electronic catalog data in the industry.

"This award showcases the quality of workmanship that our business unit is dedicated to in the aftermarket,” said Don James, marketing director, Continental Commercial Vehicles & Aftermarket – NAFTA. "Continental sells high-quality parts, so customers expect that we’ll also provide high-quality data. Furthermore, an award such as this illustrates the business unit’s commitment to Continental’s goals and success as well as to our customers. The Continental CV AM catalog team understands that inaccurate data results in lost sales, and works very hard to ensure that its customers receive the cleanest, most accurate and up-to-date data in the industry."
