HANOVER, Germany — A favorite has emerged from the list of contenders under consideration to head up Continental’s Supervisory Board.

German magazine Der Spiegel indicates former Volkswagen Chief Executive Bernd Pischetsrieder will be the man most likely to fill Rolf Koerfer’s shoes when he steps down.

Pischetsrieder was recommended for the role by Martin Blessing, CEO of Commerzbank, one of the largest creditors of current Continental majority shareholder Schaeffler Group. WAI Announces 116 New Part Numbers

WAI announced the release of 116 new part numbers including starters, alternators, wiper motors, sensors, and transfer case motors.

Coverage across these product lines includes the 2023 Toyota Tacoma 3.5L (Alternator), 2023 Nissan Kicks 1.6L (Starter), and 2023 Nissan Titan 5.6L (Wiper Motor), all of which are currently in stock and ready for immediate shipment, the company said.
