Purolator Launches New Website

One special feature of the new Purolator website is an e-mail plus telephone service to contact the Purolator 'PROs' to receive quick answers to most any filter-related question that might be asked by DIYers or service professionals.

BROADVIEW, Ill. — Purolator Filters has launched a new website, www.purolatorautofilters.net, designed to provide do-it-yourself customers, as well as automotive professionals, with information on nearly every kind of filter.

One special feature of the new Purolator website is the Purolator Response Office (PRO), an e-mail plus telephone service to contact the Purolator ‘PROs’ to receive quick answers to most any filter-related question that might be asked by DIYers or service professionals.

The new site includes detailed product information on Purolator’s full line of oil, air, cabin air, fuel and transmission filters, as well as PCV valves and breathers. This area also includes detailed information specific to motorcycle and ATV filters. The site also includes sections for news, promotions and motorsports, as well as a special virtual encyclopedia of filter-related facts and technical information.

"Our new Web site, www.purolatorautofilters.net, is designed as a valuable tool for our DIY customers and automotive professionals," said Monica Odom, Purolator brand specialist. "Based on our research to determine the kind of information our customers need most often, this new site fulfills nearly every single need we identified.
