MIDLAND, Mich. — The Industry Standards for Aftermarket Data seminar will be held at the Hilton Austin Airport, Austin, Texas on March 15-16, 2004. It will be hosted by Activant Solutions (formerly CCITriad).
Anyone interested in or responsible for the development and management of application and product information databases – catalog managers, product managers and product database managers should attend.
The seminar fee is $495 per person for both days. For either one of the days individually, the cost is $275. The deadline for early registraion is February 6, 2004.
This comprehensive program will give participants the training necessary to successfully implement AAIA’s new enhanced e-CAT Standards on Day One and PIES (Product Information Exchange Standard) on Day Two. Instructors include Scott Luckett, AAP vice-president, technology standards and solutions, Automotive Aftermarket Industry Association; Edward Heon, founder and chief technology officer profile systems; and Nick Porrini, president, Technoloque, Inc.
By attending the full seminar you will earn 1.4 CEU’s for AAP/MAAP designation. By attending Day One of the seminar you will earn 0.8 CEU’s for AAP/MAAP designation. By attending Day Two of the seminar you will earn 0.6 CEU’s for AAP/MAAP designation. AAP/MAAP concentration: Manufacturer, Store Operations, Marketing/Sales Management and Management Information Systems.
