CANTON, OH — ASC Industries is expanding its international advertising reach through a new agreement with Canadian magazine publisher The Automotive Group, which focuses on the automotive aftermarket.

ASC said it will concentrate its advertising in The Automotive Group’s warehouse distributor and technician-oriented publications: Jobber News and SSGM (Service Station and Garage Management).

The Canadian ad schedule is an increase in ASC’s previous ad spending. The company said it hopes to enhance distributor and end-user awareness of ASC’s complete product lines of new water pumps for the automotive and truck industry.

“We have a reputation with our customers for outstanding quality and value and now need to spread the word about the company to our neighbors to the north,” said Jeff Sandt, ASC Industries’ vice president of sales and marketing. “The Canadian market has been identified by ASC as a key area of growth. Advertising in The Automotive Group’s magazines will help us get the ASC name out on the streets, create more pull-through demand for our products and build increased demand for ASC water pumps at the distributor level.”
