TIA Hires New Marketing Director

The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced that its staff is now complete, with the hiring of a new marketing director, Colleen Wood. Wood comes to TIA with 14 years of marketing and association experience. With the closing of TIA's Louisville office in January, many staff changes have occurred.

BOWIE, MD — The Tire Industry Association (TIA) announced that its staff is now complete, with the hiring of a new marketing director, Colleen Wood. Wood comes to TIA with 14 years of marketing and association experience.

“We are lucky to have someone with extensive experience in the marketing world coming to TIA at this time of change,” said Roy Littlefield, TIA’s executive vice president. “Colleen has exactly the experience we need to move TIA forward without any gaps in member service.”

With the closing of TIA’s Louisville office in January, many staff changes have occurred. The following is a list of the complete TIA staff (alphabetically) and their titles:

Wilson Beach – director of sales

Brenda Catlett – director of finance and administration

Vickie Cunningham – receptionist/administrative assistant

Paul Fiore – director of business development

Roy Littlefield – executive vice president

Becky MacDicken – director of government affairs

Chris Marnett – director of training

Sandra Martinez – director of operations

Patti McCafferty – executive assistant to the EVP/director of meeting planning

LaKisha Pindell – director of advertising

Lisa Rainey – training and certification coordinator

Kevin Rohlwing – senior vice president of education and technical services

Patrick Soluri – web designer

Vickie Stract – billing assistant

Colleen Wood – director of marketing

TIA has also maintained three key consultants:

Marvin Bozarth – senior technical consultant

John Buettner – senior consultant – OTR

Mary Sikora – director of tire & tubber tecycling

“Our staff is strong and TIA will maintain the course we’ve set for the future of our members and the Association,” said Larry Morgan, president of TIA. “These people have worked incredibly hard during the merger, a change in staff leadership and reorganization. I’m proud of this team.”
