National Pronto Association Adds Two Shareholders

National Pronto Association has announced the addition of two new shareholders to the program group. Pronto is a shareholder-owned organization headquartered in Justin, Texas. Formed in 1979, Pronto currently has 49 shareholder owners operating 87 distribution center locations.

JUSTIN, TX — National Pronto Association has announced the addition of two new shareholders to the program group.

Pronto is a shareholder-owned organization headquartered in Justin, Texas. Formed in 1979, Pronto currently has 49 shareholder owners operating 87 distribution center locations.

CIP Auto Parts with locations in Sparks, Reno and Carson City, Nev., and Truckee, Calif., recently purchased the Nevada operations of Axle Plus and has become a shareholder of National Pronto Association. The General Manager of CIP is Tony Depaoli and Assistant General Manager is Diana Richmond.

Additionally, Car Care Auto Parts headquartered in Lake Charles, La., has joined the association. Car Care Auto Parts, which has been in business since 1969, has 17 locations in Southeast Texas, Southern Louisiana and Mississippi. Roger Ferriss, president, and James Ferriss, vice president, are the officers of Car Care Auto Parts.
