Parts Plus Recognizes Member Parts Distributors LLC for 80 Years of Service

What started as a simple horse-and-buggy operation in 1924 has grown to become of Parts Plus' strongest members. Over the years, Parts Distributors has expanded throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia, servicing more than 75 Parts Plus Autostores and 137 Car Care Centers.

MEMPHIS, TN — What started as a simple horse-and-buggy operation in 1924 has grown to become of Parts Plus’ strongest members. Over the years, Parts Distributors has expanded throughout New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland and Virginia, servicing more than 75 Parts Plus Autostores and 137 Car Care Centers.

The company started out servicing radio batteries door to door. Today, Parts Distributors LLC’s 110,000-square-foot main warehouse in Pennsauken, N.J., continues that same mom-and-pop philosophy, says Rick Levy, president of Parts Distributors, LLC.

“Together with Parts Plus, we provide the independent business owner with marketing programs to help them not only survive but also thrive in the automotive aftermarket,” Levy said. “And we continue to do that with a personal touch that only a small, locally-owned warehouse can provide.”

Mike Lambert, president of Parts Plus, recognized the company’s long-standing relationship with the group.

“Parts Distributors has a long-standing relationship with Parts Plus, and I’ve been pleased with their renewed efforts over the last two years in promoting the Parts Plus name with their jobber and service-dealer customers,” said Lambert.
