Federal-Mogul Named as Jasper Preferred Partner for 18th Consecutive Year

For the 18th consecutive year, Federal-Mogul has been honored with the "Preferred Partner Award" by Jasper Engines & Transmissions, one of its largest customers. Federal-Mogul is the only company that has received the JASPER Preferred Partner Award every year since its inception.

SOUTHFIELD, MI — For the 18th consecutive year, Federal-Mogul has been honored with the “Preferred Partner Award” by Jasper Engines & Transmissions, one of its largest customers. Federal-Mogul is the only company that has received the JASPER Preferred Partner Award every year since its inception.

“We are pleased to receive Jasper’s Preferred Partner Award again this year, and the fact that it is our 18th consecutive year makes it more gratifying,” said Bob Egan, vice president, Aftermarket sales – the Americas. “I would like to thank our employees who strive to meet and exceed our customer’s expectations by providing quality components, technological innovations and unsurpassed service.”

The Jasper Preferred Partner Awards were given recently during the company’s 18th annual Preferred Partners banquet. Recipients are nominated by Jasper associates and are judged on quality, service, fill rate, response time, and billing and credit procedures, among other criteria. Jasper associates who use the nominee’s products and services select the award winners.

Accepting the award on behalf of Federal-Mogul were Eastern Region Manager for Federal-Mogul Aftermarket Marion Holt; District Sales Manager Bob Peacher; Director of Marketing for Gaskets/Bearings & Seals Raymond King; Manager of Industrial Sales Peter Horn, and Retail Analyst Kristen Page.

“This prestigious award is going to just seven of the 1,400 suppliers we have – just half of one percent of our vendors,” said Doug Bawel, president of JASPER Engines and Transmissions. “Our Preferred Partners truly represent the best of the best.”
