Goodyear’s Bender to Join AASA Solution Seminar Speaker Lineup

In a continuing effort to enhance the upcoming AASA Solution Seminar Series, Tom Bender of Goodyear Tire will speak to the implications of the RFID process on Wednesday, Aug. 17. The Seminar Series is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 16, through Thursday, Aug. 18 at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn.

RESEARCH TRIANGLE PARK, NC — In a continuing effort to enhance the upcoming AASA Solution Seminar Series, Tom Bender of Goodyear Tire will speak to the implications of the RFID process on Wednesday, Aug. 17. The Seminar Series is scheduled for Tuesday, Aug. 16, through Thursday, Aug. 18 at the Hyatt Regency Dearborn.

The cost for one day attendance is $250. Member companies which register for all three days pay $650. With the three-day registration, an organization can have one individual attend all three seminars or send different individuals to each event. The U.S. House of Representatives passed H.R. 7024, the Tax Relief for American Families and Workers Act of 2024, with bipartisan support. The bill, now with the Senate's Finance Committee, aims to reinstate tax incentives for research and development (R&D) and small business investments, along with other measures, according to SEMA.
