“This powerful new web-based experience encourages consumers and professionals alike to join the performance-driven culture that has made Champion one of the world’s most innovative brands,” said Lou Kafantaris, group brand manager, Aftermarket, Federal-Mogul. “Visitors will be able to test their crew chief skills through the interactive challenge, look up Champion spark plugs for their vehicles, enter the ‘Performance Driven Sweepstakes’ and order a Champion merchandising kit, among several other activities.

“This is just one of many activities planned for the Champion brand’s centennial celebration.”

Parts professionals, technicians and consumers also can sign up to receive the brand’s new “Always a Champion” merchandising kit.

Established in 1907, the Champion brand is celebrating its performance-driven heritage by looking forward to future generations of innovative products for the automotive industry. The brand’s iconic red-and-black bowtie logo – already a familiar sight for millions of consumers worldwide – will gain unprecedented exposure throughout the campaign at racing venues, in service garages, parts stores, national retail locations and other locations.
