Raybestos Adds 70 Part Numbers to ABS Control Module Coverage

Raybestos had added 70 part numbers to its ABS control module coverage, part of a larger plan for the Raybestos brand to expand its first-to-market action strategy. A total of 270 new part numbers will be released, both in the hydraulic and computer control module lines. The line includes everything from brake drums to rotors, pads, shoes and hydraulic parts.

McHENRY, IL – Raybestos had added 70 part numbers to its ABS control module coverage, part of a larger plan for the Raybestos brand to expand its first-to-market action strategy.

“This is a very important product category as we move forward,” said Gary Barla, director of Hydraulic Product Management for Affinia Under Vehicle Group. “As systems evolve in vehicle ABS in conjunction with stability control/traction control and vehicle dynamics, ABS becomes more critical. It’s important the Raybestos brand continues to be at the forefront of releasing products the customer needs, both now and in the future.”

A total of 270 new part numbers will be released, both in the hydraulic and computer control module lines. The total roll-out will occur by March of 2008. A full listing of these new part numbers can be found through local distributors or by using the company’s electronic catalog system — eSelect. Raybestos brand brakes are produced by the Affinia Under Vehicle Group. The line includes everything from brake drums to rotors, pads, shoes and hydraulic parts.
