‘The Economic Report’ Show to Feature Coni-Seal

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla. – Aftermarket manufacturer Coni-Seal, Inc. will be featured on an upcoming episode of ‘The Economic Report’ as part of the show’s series on Rising Stars in Quality Aftermarket Parts. Hosted by former NFL sports broadcaster Greg Gumbel, “The Economic Report” airs during the day on national news networks including Fox, CNN and MSNBC. The show aims to educate viewers on progressive ideas that could impact their lives, focusing on the subjects of families, businesses, lifestyles and financial futures.

Coni-Seal is an award-winning supplier of automotive aftermarket parts, specializing in the “undercar” category. In business for more than 50 years, the company initially focused on hydraulic brake parts and in 2001, introduced a line of chassis parts. The company further expanded into the friction and hub bearing assembly categories in 2006.

Originally established in Newark, N.J., the company’s primary operation is now located in two buildings with 100,000 square feet of capacity in Lakewood, N.J., however, the span of Coni- Seal operations is global. One of the first North American aftermarket manufacturers to partner with businesses overseas, the company began sourcing automotive parts from China more than 15 years ago and opened a wholly owned division in Shanghai in 2006. The Shanghai operation replicated Coni-Seal’s U.S. model with its own in-house engineering staff to maximize quality control validation of its design specifications. In addition to the U.S. and China, Coni-Seal sources from 23 other countries, in an effort, it says, to “pass on exceptional value to its customers.”

“Our growth is also linked with the exceptional customer service we are known for providing,” said Coni-Seal CEO Frank Pagano. “Our product line offers 98 percent model coverage of category sales volume and 100 percent satisfaction.”

According to the company, Coni-Seal’s value pricing and superior quality is the direct result of a tight control on production. The company’s philosophy is: "Quality does not necessarily cost more,” and therefore, it stands behind every product it distributes. All Coni-Seal products are available around the globe through a network of agents and direct distributors.
