At this years Heavy Duty Aftermarket Week (HDAW), Auto Care Association’s YANG, Commercial Vehicle Solutions Network’s GenNext and MEMA’s MiX hosted a Leaders of Tomorrow (LOT) networking event, preceding the welcome reception for HDAW attendees.

This year, the event, meant for the under-45 crowd, included a program speaker and structured speed mentoring with 20-plus veterans of the heavy-duty industry. During the event, attendees were able to gain insights into how to use their time at HDAW effectively and best practices and strategies for a career in the heavy-duty industry.
